Fairview Fire Rescue

is to provide a professional response to our customers in their time of need; to promote fire and life safety at all times by maintaining highly trained personnel and equipment and by sharing our skills to help prevent and reduce incidents of fire and other potentially harmful events.

Fairview is a Texas Home-Rule town of over 9,500 residents. It is largely a residential community in the central part of Collin County, Texas (just North of Dallas). The fire district includes both incorporated and unincorporated areas within a 13 square mile area. The Town has received an Insurance Services Organization (ISO) rating of 5.

Fairview is served by an excellent combination full time, part time and volunteer fire department providing coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The department’s chief is Dick Price. Our mutual aid departments include: Allen FD, Lowry Crossing FD, Lucas FD, Parker FD, and McKinney FD. Fairview is about to embark on a growth phase.

In 2009, our commercial district opened the first phase of a "Life-Style" center which will be comprised of: 1M+ square feet of retail space along with twin 8-story office towers, 1100+ multi-family housing units, a 1550 seat theater, and a 12-story hotel and convention center.
